Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and credit card again - Please allow few 2-4 Business days for the institutions to process the refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs already paid are non-refundable.
For your own piece of mind please use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance where suitable to do so.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can no offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, untampered, not damaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
